Tahuna is a decentralized prediction market protocol on the Radix DLT. This page describes how the pre-launch waitlist handles your data. It covers only the waitlist surface at tahuna.org — the trading platform will publish its own policy at launch.

What we collect

When you submit the waitlist form, we store:

What we don’t collect

How we use it

Your email is used only to send transactional confirmation and waitlist updates. We do not sell or share your information for advertising, profiling, or any third-party purpose. Outbound email is sent via Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France); inbound mail is hosted by Spacemail (Namecheap / Spaceship).

How to unsubscribe

Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also click the link at the bottom of the confirmation email to opt out before confirming. Unsubscribing adds your address to our suppression list and we will not send to it again.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Tahuna does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or any third-party purpose. To make a CCPA / CPRA request (access, deletion, opt-out), email privacy@tahuna.org with the address you signed up with.

GDPR rights

If you are in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with GDPR-equivalent protections, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@tahuna.org.

Jurisdictions

Tahuna is not offered to residents of jurisdictions where prediction markets are prohibited by law. The waitlist itself is informational only and creates no offer to transact.
