Privacy
Tahuna is a prediction market on Radix, and this page covers one thing only: how the pre-launch waitlist at tahuna.org handles your data. The trading app will publish its own policy at launch.

What we collect
When you submit the waitlist form, we store:
- Your email address. Used solely to send waitlist updates and product announcements.
- The IP address of your submission. Used briefly for spam triage and regional compliance. Automatically erased 30 days after signup.
- A timestamp and a consent record. Submitting the form is treated as consent under GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA.
- A randomly-generated confirmation token and an unsubscribe token. The confirmation token expires after 24 hours; the unsubscribe token persists so the link in every email keeps working.
What we don’t collect
- No analytics cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free.
- No third-party advertising trackers.
- No other personal information: only the email, IP address, consent record and tokens listed above.
The bot check
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. While it runs, Cloudflare reads your IP address and signals from your browser and device. It returns a one-time pass that the form sends with your email. We do not store what Turnstile reads; Cloudflare handles it under its own privacy policy.
Stored in your browser
The site keeps two settings in your browser’s local storage and sends neither of them to
us: color-theme (light or dark) and tahuna_water (whether the water
background moves). Clearing your site data removes both.
How we use it
Your email is used only to send the confirmation and waitlist updates. We never sell it. We do not share your information for advertising, profiling, or any third-party purpose. Outbound email is sent via Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France); inbound mail is hosted by Spacemail (Namecheap / Spaceship).
How to unsubscribe
Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also click the link at the bottom of the confirmation email to opt out before confirming. Unsubscribing adds your address to our suppression list and we will not send to it again.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Tahuna does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or any third-party purpose. To make a CCPA / CPRA request (access, deletion, opt-out), email [email protected] with the address you signed up with.
GDPR rights
If you are in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with GDPR-equivalent protections, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected].
Jurisdictions
Tahuna is not offered to residents of jurisdictions where prediction markets are prohibited by law. The waitlist itself is informational only and creates no offer to transact.
